Speaking Engagements
As a writer, I love opportunities to get out from behind my desk and meet with you! I regularly speak to congregations and small groups, at retreats and in classrooms, on panels and as a keynote speaker. I accept a limited number of in-person speaking engagements each year and usually book six months in advance.
Because I value transparency, I keep the following rates:
$3,000 per 2-4 hour speaking events outside of New England (travel expenses not included)
$400 per hour for speaking events within New England (travel expenses included)
$200 per hour for Zoom events
My speaking fees reflect my commitment to your event and the level of preparation to which I commit for each engagement. They also reflect the real demands of my household that are taken up solo with great kindness by my dear husband in my absence.
